Often times during the summer we tend to focus on the happy, cheery times the season brings. However, we tend to forget that for many, summer means people
leaving for vacations, for people being alone, and they can be triggers for many of those with mental illnesses. May is Mental Health Month,  and we all need a reminder of how prevalent these afflictions are, and how close they can hit to home.
