A stick-y situation

The NHS indoor percussion ensemble winter season puts the members mental and physical strength to the test

As the end of the season draws near and showtime approaches, the NHS drumline puts in countless hours of work perfecting their routine. Consisting of eleven members, the drumline is one of two parts of the Noblesville Indoor Percussion Ensemble, directed by teacher Zach Keim. Not only does the line require memorization of music and an eye catching routine, but a strong execution of both- at the same time. Such work often causes a mental and physical strain on the young performers, who put on a show so seamless it appears professional.
