The players are fighting for victory, the student section is roaring with excitement, while unbeknownst to many in the stands Noblesville High School Principal Dr McCaffery is having his head shaved by NHS Senior and Student section leader Lydia Dumas at tonight’s football game. When asked after the game McCaffery stated the reason for shaving his head was “our student section has done a great job this year and we’re looking for anything to push us over the top to get the Channel 8 banner this year”. Later explaining the banner McCaffery said “every year AC [Anthony Calhoun from Wish TV] gives a banner to the school with the most spirited student section and I think we have the crew to pull it off”. During the festivities freshman class president Gerry Zink joined McCaffery in the buzzing stating that it was a “display of extreme pride and spirit for the school”. Student section leader Lydia Dumas states that “this was a statement of how much we really care about the school and McCaffery cares about us, it’s just a good community all around.” After last year’s cake eating competition let’s all hope that this bald headed bash leaves Noblesville shining on top!
